PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons are held in our acoustically treated private studios.
Private lessons are offered for voice, piano, guitar, woodwinds, brass, percussion and strings.
A professionally qualified teacher will help each individual student expand his or her mind by creating his or her individual expression through music.
Private students will learn music theory, ear-training, technique skills, sight-reading, solo/ensemble performance, musical interpretation, and appreciation of different styles of music.
All students have the opportunity to perform in the Spring Recital held in May each year.

Lessons will be paid through an automatic deduction set up through a customer credit/debit card. Payment may be made in cash, check or credit or debit card.
First start-up payment for a 6-week session will be deducted at the start of the first lesson.
Subsequent payments are deducted on the sixth (6)lesson of a 6-week session in order to reserve that same lesson space for the next six (6) weeks.

Consistency, continuity and a commitment from the students are important to Music Tech Studios. In order to ensure our high standards and provide our customers with professional instructors, we request that you adhere to the following policy.
We have a NO credit policy for missed lessons. The 6-week Tuition pays for the teacher's time, preparation and studio space.
If a student cancels a lesson due to an emergency, a one-hour prior notice is necessary to qualify for a make-up lesson. If a student misses more than one lesson per 6-week session, they cannot be made up. Please remember the lessons are not billed individually, but as a 6-week session and the teachers expect the consistency of these lessons. A one-hour prior notice to cancel a lesson is required to qualify for a make-up.
The ONE make-up lesson must be scheduled with the desk by the customer and made up within four weeks of the cancellation. Make-up lessons can ONLY be scheduled if the lesson was cancelled and notice given to the front desk at least one-hour prior to the lesson.
As a courtesy to the Studio, please call to notify of any last minute cancellations.
